Everything about our stay was perfect. Contact with reception regarding check in was professional and useful, room very clean, spacious and warm, location awesome, so close to where we needed to go by foot, quiet location. The only thing I can suggest (and most motel rooms are the same), some corner shelving in the shower would be handy and a full length mirror on the wall near the kitchenette would be be great however a great use of space. Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay. We had a room set back from the road and it was so quiet. Easy access to shops and eating options. Room was clean and tidy and had a separate bedroom, which was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again

enjoyed our stay /good comfy bed/clean room / would have liked insect screen in bedroom as i don!t like air conditioning at night / or a ceiling fan would be good/better lighting in garage

Lovely quiet and pretty location within easy walking distance to eateries and shops. Lovely walking track along the river. Nice clean rooms, comfy bed and easy checkin instructions if after hours. Friendly service. Look forward to staying there again.

Stopped by for one night. Received an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, which was expected and welcome news. Communication pre arrival was really good. The room was clean and the staff on site were quite friendly. A fairly short walk right into the main street of Queanbeyan. Would stay here again! 👌

Great quiet location across from the river. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable! The shower could do with a bit of maintenance as it was leaking from the top when on and under the door onto the floor but it still worked great. A short walk and easy access to the shops. Looking forward to my next stay!

Excellent room and probably the best service I have ever had a hotel before. They seamlessly cleaned and maintained my room throughout the day as well as restocking our food. The parking was good, so was the beds, air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen having all ammenities. Highly recommend!
